Talk About A Speeding Ticket

Last weekend 19 year-old Hector Fraire lead the Oklahoma Highway Patrol on a chase that reached a top speed of 208 mph!  When first noticed, Fraire was caught on radar at 84 mph.  His modified 2011 Ford Mustang was no match for the patrol car and the night chase became extremely dangerous as Fraire turned his lights off to try to escape into the darkness.  You can’t outrun a  Motorola radio though.  The trooper radioed to troopers ahead and finally, Fraire was apprehended.  That’s probably not going to be good for his next insurance renewal.
