Police Arrest Man – Set Him On Fire

Manitowoc police arrested Travis Tingler for standing in the street naked. Tingler resisted officers during the arrest causing them to use a stun gun. Tingler managed to retrieve a lighter from the ground during the struggle.  The probe of the stun gun hit the lighter which burst into flames setting Tingler’s beard and chest hair on fire.

Bank Executive Caught Stealing From Whole Foods

A bank executive was busted at the Tribeca Whole Foods for shoplifting $210 in goods. Jordan Lupu, was busted by store security with 32 items in a baby stroller while shopping with his two kids. Lupu lives in a $1.4 million home in Westchester. Hard times fall on all walks of life. Lupu claimed in was a “misunderstanding”.

Man’s Face Slashed For Bad Singing

A happy-go-lucky man was singing on the streets of Times Square. His singing infuriated two brothers — one of whom slashed him across the face.  Doctors used 50 stitches to close a 5-inch-long gash on the 25-year-old victim’s face. One brother ask the man to keep his singing down. When he refused, the man’s brother attacked the singer. The suspect is still being sought.

Police Run Over Beach Goers in Long Island

A police officer accidentally ran over two beachgoers as they sunned on a blanket on a Long Island beach. Sunday in what authorities are calling a “freak accident.” Officer David Walpole ran over a man and woman with his police truck. The 48-year-old man’s torso was run over causing broken ribs a bruised lung. He was released from the hospital Monday morning while the 36-year-old woman remains hospitalized with a leg injury and a broken finger.
