Manson’s Body Released by Coroner After Four Months

The grandson of Charles Manson, a notorious cult killer won a bizarre court battle in Bakersfield, CA for control over Manson’s body. The court ruled last Monday that Jason Freeman be allowed to receive the remains from the county morgue where his body has been held since November. He had been serving a life sentence for the 1969 killings of pregnant actress Sharon Tate and eight others. Freeman fought others for the rights to the body including a man who claims he was fathered by Manson and a prison pen pal who collects Manson memorabilia.

Man Uses Takes Taxi to Rob Bank and Return Home

An Indiana man wanted to rob a bank but had no transportation. The next brilliant idea he had was to call a taxi. Derrick Faria, 19 used a taxi to and from the bank he robbed. Needless to say, he was arrested on Thursday less than an hour after he robbed a Fifth Third Bank in Evansville, Indiana.  Faria arrived at the bank, asked the cabbie to wait outside while he went inside and handed the bank teller a note that read: “this is a robbery give me all your money.”   He took the cab back home and paid the driver $20 from the money he stole except the $14 cab fare and $6 tip which the police allowed the cabbie to keep for leading them to the arrest.

That’s Just Nuts!

Nickolette Botsford, of Ravenna, Ohio was eating some Planters cashews last month claims when the nut wouldn’t chew. Then, she realized, the nut was really a human tooth. The tooth had dried blood on it. Fearing she may have been infected, she went to the ER where a doctor confirmed it was a human tooth.  Kraft Heinz Co., owner of Planters confirmed to Fox News that the item was determined to be a “foreign object not expected to be in our product”. Planters came to her house to retrieve the tooth but forgot to bring a check.  Botsford is looking for a lawyer.
